12. Do I have to be home while the cleaning is being performed?
It is entirely up to you, we do prefer if the client is not home so our technicians can perform quicker and more time efficient. If you are not home we can use a copy of the house key which we have a safe locked space for or a code for the door/garage that is protected online by 2FA.

We do not clean windows.
14. Are there cleaning tasks you will not do?
We cannot clean harmful biohazards such as human or animal waste and urine due to health and safety regulations.
