How This Differs From Our Other Services

Cleaning
Covers routine and deep cleaning services within your scheduled visit.

Home Watch
Covers scheduled visits, visual checks, and reporting while your home is unoccupied.

Concierge Services
Covers convenience-based requests outside standard cleaning and Home Watch—such as vendor coordination, pickups, setup, errands, and homeowner support.

Concierge Pricing

  • $95 per hour
  • 1-hour minimum
  • Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour
  • Purchased items, dry cleaning, and third-party costs billed separately

For larger or recurring requests, custom pricing may be available.
